Once upon a time, a very generous man named Phil Morehouse, seeing there was no comprehensive guide to the charities and services available to those in need in Union County, NC, set about the very time-consuming task of setting one up. He also set up an email list so he could keep people and organizations updated on any changes to “The List” and upcoming events and service opportunities that might be of interest.  The management of the list has gotten to be a bit much for Phil, so I have volunteered to take over. I’ve also begun adding pages with information geared to Union County residents.
