Union County has launched Healthier U, a free online mental health and well-being platform powered by CredibleMind. Residents can access the resources now, on any device, at any hour of the day.
The platform connects residents to more than 10,000 evidence-based mental health and wellness resources, including self-assessments, articles, videos, podcasts, guided courses, and local community services. No account is required, no personal information is collected, and no appointment is needed.
Healthier U was launched to give every Union County resident a trusted, stigma-free starting point, available any time and on any device. It includes more than 200 mental well-being topics, scientifically validated self-assessments, and a local resource directory that connects residents directly to Union County crisis lines, County services and local community organizations. A dedicated section for young people ages 13 to 18 provides age-appropriate content focused on the challenges young residents face today. All content is also available in Spanish.
Credible Mind, the evidence-based platform behind Healthier U, is a national organization used by public health departments across the country. Healthier U has been customized to reflect Union County’s local resources and community needs.
