The North Carolina Council on Developmental Disabilities will hold a free public webinar Thursday, October 22, from 1–2:30 p.m., explaining its new five-year plan for improving opportunities and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The plan took effect October 1, and the webinar will explain how the council intends to direct its work and funding through 2031.
